Quint Style Trucks


Elements

Quint style trucks feature five essential elements:

  1. An aerial ladder with a master water stream appliance
  2. A full compliment of ground ladders
  3. A full compliment of hose
  4. A water pump
  5. A water tank

The Hazelwood fire department has two Smeal Quint style trucks, our 85' 2010 aerial platform (4125) and a 2004 75' ladder (4115)used as a reserve aerial.

Truck 4125

Truck 4125 is a 2010 Smeal 85' aerial platform and is the primary response truck at Fire Station 2.

Truck 4115

Truck 4115 is the primary reserve aerial truck. It is a 2004 Smeal 75' aerial stick and housed at Fire Station 2.

Truck 4194

Truck 4194 is a 2014 Smeal Rescue pumper and is the primary reserve truck housed our of Fire Station 2.

Truck 4114 is a 2018 Pierce 1000 gallon  rescue pumper and is used as the primary pumper housed out of Fire Station 1.

Unit 4117 is a 2019 Ford F-550 Horton Class 1 Ambulance and is the primary ambulance housed at Fire Station 1.
