Adult Karate - Session 1

For ages 16 and over. Under 16 requires instructor's approval. Learn several Martial Arts skills, including Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and Karate with an emphasis on Tae Kwon Do in this class taught by USMA Certified Black Belts. All skills levels welcome. Advance in rank through regular participation. You can wear comfortable clothes to class. The instructor will provide optional karate uniform information the first night. Registration deadline is January 2.
