Chair Yoga - Session 1

For ages 16 and over. If you have a hard time getting down to the floor, feel uncomfortable with your balance, or want to be more flexible, then join us for Chair Yoga. This class consists of warm-ups, organized stretching, and relaxation. Tools will be provided for modifications. Class size is limited for more one-on-one assistance. No senior discount. Registration deadline is January 2.
