For ages 16 and over. Can't touch your toes? Muscles tight? Then this is for you! You'll start with warm-ups, move to holding positions that slowly stretch your muscles, and end with a relaxation period balancing out your mind, body, and spirit. Tools are provided to allow you to modify poses according to your personal needs. No senior discount. Registration deadline is January 2.
