    For ages 8 and over. Join our new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate League! The League meets on various Saturdays. The top 8 players receive points, which are accumulated throughout the league. The top three finishers in each monthly tournament will receive free game time. The top 12 players at the end of the November tournament will compete in the Frozen Fights Festival in December. The top 5 finishers in the Festival will receive prizes, including gift cards and merchandise from HyzerX and other sponsors. Players that choose to bring their own set-up should include a Nintendo Switch with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, two wired controllers, monitor and cables.

  5. Personal Fitness Training - Session 1

    For ages 18 and over. A personal fitness trainer is costly, averaging between $80 and $100 per hour. We can lower the cost to you by having a small group taught by Carrie Chamberlain. Carrie has trained with Bob Kessen, a former profession soccer player with the Dallas Tornadoes, fitness trainer and instructor in his unique training program. The methods of training are based on scientific research from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In this program you will work on core stabilization, strength, balance and cardio. Space is limited. No senior discount.

    For ages 7-12. Skills in several Martial Arts are taught including Judo, Jiu Jitsu and Karate with an emphasis on Tae Kwon Do. All skill levels are welcome and students can advance in rank through regular participation and practice. Class instructed by USMA Certified Black Belts. Comfortable clothes may be worn to class, optional karate uniform information is available the first night of class from the instructors.
