(HAZELWOOD, MO – Nov. 6, 2020) – On Friday, Nov. 6, the City of Hazelwood welcomed PDC Laboratories (PDC Labs) to our community with a ribbon cutting ceremony and tours.  The 24,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art laboratory is located at 944 Anglum Rd. in Hazelwood, MO.

The City and PDC Labs quickly build a partnership when PDC Labs approached the City in 2018. After exploring several options in the St. Louis market, PDC Labs recognized the value of locating their St. Louis Regional Office in Hazelwood. The City helped PDC Labs identify the vacant space they now occupy and PDC Labs began the renovation process. Now they have officially moved in, bringing new life to a vacant building in growing Brown Campus area.

“We are excited to see PDC Labs grow their operations into Hazelwood,” said Hazelwood City Manager Matt Zimmerman. “This is a great opportunity to add jobs and strengthen our economy, while building on a great partnership.”

"PDC Laboratories is very happy to be located in the City of Hazelwood, and looks forward to enjoying a productive relationship with the City and the Brown Campus Property Association in the years to come," says Chris Coulter, Vice President and COO of PDC Laboratories, Inc.

PDC Labs provides soil and water analysis for environmental projects, including drinking water, groundwater, wastewater, waste, and soil testing services and is headquartered in Peoria, IL with locations throughout Illinois and Missouri.
