Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, May 9, 2022, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Board of Adjustment will consider the petition by New City Investors, LLC for a variance that would allow two 51 feet wide lots where 60-feet wide lots are required, and a variance that would allow two 6,375 square feet lots where 7,500 square feet lots are required at 189 Elbring Drive.
All persons having an interest in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard. The City of Hazelwood complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VI requirements.
