Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, April 11, 2022, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Board of Adjustment will consider the petition by Gershman Commercial Real Estate for a 16 foot variance of the required 30 foot front yard setback at 7401 North Lindbergh Boulevard, a corner lot, to permit construction of an outdoor patio.
All persons having an interest in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard. The City of Hazelwood complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VI requirements.
