Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, during their meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider the following petitions:
- Cement Masons Local 527 Building Corporation - Petition for Special Land Use Permit for a Vocational or Trade School at #1 Park 370 Terrace
- Hazelwood Business Park, LLC – Petition for Change of Zoning to Repeal the Existing Planned District, Mixed Use, and Establish a New Planned District, Mixed Use, to Allow for Industrial and Commercial Uses at 4600, 4601, 4699 Park 370 Boulevard; 1700, 1710, 1720, 1730, 1750, 1790, 1850 (two parcels), 1852, 1880, 1888, 5500, 5510, 5534, 5540, 5546, 5552, 5555, 5558, 5564, 5570, 5590, 5598 (two parcels) and 5599 St. Louis Mills Boulevard; and 5509 Taussig Avenue
- An Amendment to Chapter 405: Zoning Regulations to Establish Regulations for Adult Use Marijuana Facilities
