Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, September 11, 2023 during their meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Board of Adjustment will consider the following petitions by Carlos Mimms at 245 Becker Drive:
- A variance to allow a metal garage to remain gray where both structures must have a color that is consistent and blend with each other.
- A 4-foot side variance and a 1-foot rear variance where accessory buildings shall be no less than 6 feet from the side or rear lot lines.
- A 40.5 square foot variance where no accessory buildings shall exceed half the floor area of the principal structure.
- A 3-foot variance where the height of accessory structures shall not exceed that of the principal structure.
All persons having an interest in these matters will be given an opportunity to be heard. The City of Hazelwood complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VI requirements.
