Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, November 13, 2023, during their meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Hazelwood Board of Adjustment will consider the following petitions:
- ARV2, LLC dba Apache Village RV Center - For a 30-foot Variance of the Required 30-foot Front Yard Setback to Erect a 6-foot Fence at 9063 Dunn Road.
- Monica Moore d/b/a Kidz Biz Preparatory - For a 30-foot Variance of the Required 30-foot Front Yard Setback to Erect a 6-foot Fence and A 4-foot Fence Within the 30-foot Front Yard Setback at 7118 North Hanley Road.
