Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, during their meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider the following petitions:
- Stone X Steel, LLC - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Restaurant at 11750 Missouri Bottom Road
- An Amendment to Chapter 405: Zoning Regulations to Define a New Use for Social Assistance Establishments and Establish Regulations for Said Use
