Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, during their meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider the following petitions:
- Easy Moves Missouri LLC d/b/a You Move Me - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Moving/Storage Company at 945 Hornet Drive, Suite 150
- MHC 323 (Pershall Road Hazelwood MO) LLC - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit Expansion for Vehicle Storage Facility at 8784 Pershall Road
- Top Care Landscape LLC - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for Outdoor Storage at 99 Ford Lane
- The Dels, Inc. d/b/a The Dels - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Motel at 7350 North Hanley Road
- American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc. - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for Outdoor Storage at 8930 Pershall Road
