[ARCHIVED] HAZELWOOD CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, during their meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane. The meeting may be attended in person or via Zoom video conference. Zoom access information will be provided on the agenda to be posted at http://www.hazelwoodmo.org/AgendaCenter 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The Council will consider the following petitions:

  • City Planner Kate Crimmins - Vacation of a 1,153-Foot Public Segment of Anglum Road East of Campus Parkway Drive and West of Norfolk Southern Railroad Spur
  • The Sip Spot, LLC – Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Restaurant at 11750 Missouri Bottom Road
  • Excel Motors, LLC – Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for Vehicle Sales and a Vehicle Service and Repair Facility at 820 and 830 James S. McDonnell Boulevard and 1570 Ville Martha Lane
  • Lindbergh Property Holdings, LLC Submitted the Following Petitions:
    1. Petition for Subdivision to Consolidate Two Lots of 0.89 Acres and 1.88 Acres to One Lot of 2.7 Acres at 6235 and 6245 North Lindbergh Boulevard
    2. Change of Zoning from C-2 General Commercial District to C-3 Highway Commercial District at 6235 and 6245 North Lindbergh Boulevard
    3. Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for Vehicle Auto Sales and a Vehicle Service and Repair Facility at 6235 and 6245 North Lindbergh Boulevard 

All persons having an interest in these matters will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted to Hazelwood City Council, c/o City Clerk, 415 Elm Grove Lane, Hazelwood, MO 63042 or CityClerk@hazelwoodmo.org with “November 3 Public Hearing” in the subject line.
