Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, during their meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane. The meeting may be attended in person or via Zoom video conference. Zoom access information will be provided on the agenda to be posted at http://www.hazelwoodmo.org/AgendaCenter 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The Council will consider the following petitions:
- Amendment of Chapter 405: Zoning Regulations ‘Section 405.040 Definitions of Terms’ and ‘Appendix A: Use Regulations’ Regarding the Uses of “Dance Hall” and “Night Club”
- Amendment of Chapter 405: Zoning Regulations 'Section 405.040 Definitions of Terms’ and ‘Appendix A: Use Regulations’ To Permit the Use of “Stable, Private” in Residential Zoning Districts With a Special Land Use Permit
- Si Senor, LLC d/b/a Si Senor Mexican Bar and Grill - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Restaurant at 7401 North Lindbergh Boulevard
