Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, during their meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider the following petitions:
- Amendment of Chapter 405: Zoning Regulations 'Section 405.040 Definitions of Terms’ and ‘Appendix A: Use Regulations’ To Permit the Use of “Stable, Private” in Residential Zoning Districts With a Special Land Use Permit
- KBP Brands LLC d/b/a Quick Service Realco LLC - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Fast Food Restaurant at 5957 Howdershell Road
