Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on June 12, 2023, during their meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Board of Adjustment will consider the petition by U-Haul Company of Missouri Northwest for a 1.5-acre variance of the minimum lot size requirement of 3-acres for vehicle sales and leasing in an I-1 zoning district at 6053 North Lindbergh Boulevard.
