Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, during their meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider the following petitions:
- MHC 163 (Hazelwood MO), LLC – Petition for a Special Land Use Permit Expansion for Storage Facility at 7220 North Lindbergh Boulevard
- Let’s Grow Old Together (LGOT), LLC - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit for a Restaurant at 5906 North Lindbergh Boulevard
- Degel Truck Center, Inc. - Petition for a Special Land Use Permit Expansion for a Vehicle Service and Repair Facility, Vehicle Rental/Leasing Facility, Vehicle Painting, and Vehicle (Truck) Sales at 5464 & 5480 Brown Road
