Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, during their meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider a petition from Napleton Genesis located at 649 Dunn Road for the following:
- A variance to permit three (3) additional wall signs where one (1) wall sign may be permitted per building [Code Section 510.080 A(2)(a)]
- An eight (8) foot variance of the 30-foot maximum permitted height of a pylon sign [Code Section 510.080 A(6)(b)]
