Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held before the Hazelwood City Council on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, during their meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Hazelwood City Hall, 415 Elm Grove Lane.
The Council will consider the following applications:
- Car Craft Autobody, 8917 Dunn Road - 46.5 Square Foot Variance of the Maximum Size Regulation for Wall Signs to Permit a 78.5 Square Foot Wall Sign on the South Elevation
- Halle Properties, LLC, d/b/a Discount Tires, 7900 North Lindbergh Boulevard:
- Wall Sign, North Elevation – Variance to Permit a Wall Sign on a Wall that Is Not Street-Side
- Wall Sign, West Elevation – 6.1 Square Foot Variance of the Maximum Size Regulation to Permit a 66.91 Square Foot Sign
- Monument Sign – a) 8 Foot Variance of the 18 Foot Front Yard Setback Requirement, b) 37 Square Foot Variance of the 20 Square Foot Maximum Size Regulation, and c) 2 Foot Variance of the 8 Foot Maximum Height Regulation
