Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, August 10, 2020, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, this meeting will be held by Zoom on-line video conference and can be accessed from a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, or Android device at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87878629947?pwd=TWZXRW93cUhYQ01neGk0cGI1UVlmZz09 or by phone at (312)626-6799, Meeting ID: 878 7862 9947 and Password: 628738.
The Board of Adjustment will consider the following petitions:
- Islamic Society of Greater St. Louis, d/b/a Dar Aljala Mosque – A Variance to Permit a Total of 251 Parking Spaces at 8945 Dunn Road, Consisting of 185 Parking Spaces On-Site and 80 Parking Spaces Off-Site at 8917 Dunn Road, Where 265 Spaces are Required
- Shawnee National Properties, LLC, d/b/a Dollar General - A Variance to Permit a Total of 30 Parking Spaces Where 44 Spaces Are Required at 12509 Missouri Bottom Road
- Andrew and Jennifer Held – 19 Foot Variance of the 20 Foot Front Yard Setback Requirement at 1973 Acorn Trail Drive, a Corner Lot, to Permit Construction of a Six Foot Privacy Fence with a One Foot Setback from Tealwood Cove Drive
