Monthly Reports
The Building Department and Code Enforcement publishes monthly reports to keep the community informed.
The reports include:
- Code Violations – Documented property maintenance and code compliance issues.
- Building Inspections – Results of residential and commercial inspections, including foundation, framing, and final approvals.
- Building Permits – Permits issued for construction, remodeling, roofing, fencing, and other building activity.
- Commercial Occupancy – Inspections and permits required for businesses to operate legally.
- Residential Occupancy – Inspections ensuring apartments, condominiums, and single-family homes are safe and code-compliant before residents move in.
- Rental Housing Group (RHG) - Activities to ensure renters and rental property owners are in compliance with code.
